We've gotten answers back on two
step-3 grievances, but I need clarification before I know if the
answers are favorable. When I know something I will let you
know. We will hold the Alutek annual picnic on August 4th.

At the Union meeting on January
9, Steelworkers from Local 338 presented Jeff Moore, one of our
members from Alutek a check for $1,000. On December 16, Jeff
's house burned down with all of his belongings. Steelworkers
are noted for their generosity and have a tradition of pitching in
whenever a member is in trouble and needs our help.
